Floating Shelf Mounting

Floating shelves look effortless and that's exactly the problem — all the load goes into a hidden bracket, so if it missed the stud there's nothing holding it but drywall. We locate framing first, space and level the run, and check the shelf actually holds what you plan to put on it.

Large Mirror Hanging

Oversized and heavy mirrors are the ones genuinely worth not attempting alone — awkward to hold, expensive to drop, and dangerous if the hanging hardware isn't rated for the weight. French cleats into studs where the mirror allows it, properly rated anchors where it doesn't.

Picture & Artwork Hanging

Single pieces, heavy framed art, and full gallery walls. For a gallery wall we lay every piece on the floor in the arrangement first — you look at it and approve it, and only then does anything get transferred to the wall. No holes go in until you've signed off on the layout.

Grab Bar & Assist Bar Installation

Bathroom safety and aging-in-place work. This is the one where anchoring genuinely matters most — a grab bar is something a person puts their full weight on, usually mid-fall. That means solid framing or a properly rated bathroom-specific anchor system, never a drywall plug. Tile and fiberglass surrounds are both fine. Whole-bathroom and whole-house jobs are priced on a sliding scale, so the more bars you need the less each one costs. See grab bar installation for the full breakdown.

Microwave Mounting

Over-the-range replacements and new installs. The old unit comes down, the cabinet template gets checked against the new one, venting is set for your kitchen's configuration, and the unit ends up square and properly supported rather than hanging off the cabinet screws alone.

Common Ones

Yes, and that's the cheapest way to do it — there's no second trip charge because we're already at your house with every tool on the truck. Mention it when you book the TV mount, or just tell us when we arrive. If it's a big addition we may need to know in advance so enough time is blocked out.

Yes. Each needs different hardware — masonry bits and sleeve anchors for brick and stone, careful bit selection for tile so it doesn't crack, and toggle-style anchors for old plaster and lath. Tell us the wall type when you book so the right hardware is already with us.

Very little is genuinely too heavy if it can reach framing — that's what studs are for. The real limit is walls where framing isn't where you need it, and in those cases we'll tell you honestly what the wall can hold rather than mounting something that will come down later.

Because a visit costs the same to make whether we hang one thing or six. The minimum covers the drive out to you and the slot held on the calendar — most of our service area is a real distance from home base. It's never an extra fee on top of the work: if your items already add up past the minimum, you simply pay for the items. And when the work is added to a TV mount there's no minimum at all, because there's no second trip to cover.

Not any more. We've narrowed to wall-mounting work only — TVs, shelves, mirrors, artwork, grab bars and microwaves. It's a tighter focus and it's the work we do best.
